Flower Delivery Information
Flower Delivery Area
O’Connor Florist can assure same-day delivery after 1:00 PM to almost 100% of Canada and the United States. We can also deliver flowers worldwide to more than 150 countries across the globe. We use partner networks like FTD International for tasks such as these. This versatility of delivery locations enables you to send flowers for holidays and send flowers for birthdays wherever and whenever you want!
If you order by 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, we can deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday in Canada & USA through FTD International. For same-day service on the weekend, please order by 1pm Saturday. When orders are received after 12:00 PM, we will try our best to get your order shipped; otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.
Flower Delivery At Specific Times
We are able to guarantee specific delivery dates, but not precise times during the day. When you send flowers for holidays, send flowers for birthdays or send flowers for any other occasion, please include your requested time frame in the special instruction box when ordering. Our normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school.
Flower Delivery For Funerals
These floral orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements. We normally contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. As always, we can offer same-day delivery after 1:00 PM if you’ve placed your order by that time.
High Schools
High Schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher's gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because the usually must be received by 2pm.
Sunday Deliveries
Sorry, no Sunday deliveries.
P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses. We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural routes and will contact you if service is unavailable.
Care & Handling Charge
Florist delivered flowers have a care and handling charge of $9.95 for items shipped to Canada & US, and $14.99 for International items.
Canada Post Delivered items are gift items such as Precious Moment’s, Baby Baskets and gourmet baskets. Fees are calculated at checkout, depending on the item selected and priority of your gift item.
